LinkForgeIQ is an AI-powered link building intelligence tool that helps businesses design original research, upgrade existing content, build case studies, write digital PR pitches, and identify competitor link opportunities. Outputs are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended as a starting point for your content and outreach strategy.
To access the Pro tier you must create an account and provide accurate billing information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or transfer your subscription to another person.

Outputs produced by LinkForgeIQ are generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of all inputs you provide to the Service. You own the outputs generated during your session. We retain ownership of the Service, its design, prompts, methodology, and all underlying technology.
You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute the Service's interface, design, or functionality without written permission.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
The 3-day free trial applies to monthly subscriptions only. Your card will be charged on day 4 unless you cancel before then.
We offer a 7-day money back guarantee from the date of your first charge. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked. Refunds are not available after 7 days from the first charge date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period except under the 7-day guarantee above.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service interruptions.
The Service applies usage limits to prevent abuse. These limits are designed to accommodate normal usage patterns. Attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or failure to achieve expected results.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vince Joyn operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
