We do not offer refunds. Instead we offer a 14-day free trial on Starter Monthly so you can fully evaluate the tool before any payment is taken.
The Starter Monthly subscription includes a 14-day free trial. Your card is not charged until day 15. You can cancel at any time during the trial period and you will not be charged anything. Pro subscriptions and the Starter Annual subscription have no trial period.
To cancel during your trial: log into your account and cancel your subscription before the trial ends.
Once you have been charged, payments are non-refundable. The 14-day free trial on Starter Monthly is your opportunity to evaluate the tool risk-free.
To report a billing issue:
Email us at vince@lionlensos.com if you experience a duplicate charge, technical error, or believe your situation warrants special consideration. We review issues case by case.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Cancellation alone does not refund any past payments.
